Hotel Hive, located on the corner of F and 23rd street in Foggy bottom neighborhood is featuring the perfect modern accommodations for the millennial traveler or the traditional traveler looking for a unique experience while visiting Washington, D.C. There's free WIFI and an &pizza on site... need I say more? With the reasonable prices Hotel Hive is sure to be an instant hit in Washington,D.C. Rooms
Hotel Hive features charming, cozy suites on average of 250 square feet. Ranging from bunk beds, to king sized beds each layout is unique and can accommodate a number of different travel scenarios. Each room is complete with: an in-suite bathroom, a desk, smart tv, and bluetooth radio. My room fit my needs perfectly. As soon as I checked in, I synced my phone to the bluetooth radio, connected to Wi-Fi and started working. Definitely a great option for travelers who work from home.
Food & Beverage
In addition to the charming rooms Hotel Hive has a great offering for F&B. There is a full service cocktail bar/lounge, the Hive Bar and an &pizza on site. This pair makes the lobby of Hotel Hive the hub for socializing. The pizza menu has great options for meat lovers and vegetarians and there is even a dessert pizza. Not to mention, for breakfast at Hotel Hive &pizza is exclusively offering a solid selection of breakfast pizza including their own version of of avocado toast and the "all American" pizza which has sausage, cheese, eggs, tater tots, and hot-sauce. During breakfast Hive Bar is also open serving up Vigilante coffee. Overall, the combo of &pizza and a full service bar in the lobby is a perfect marriage.

Modus is known for their personalized service. The staff is guaranteed to be friendly, approachable and knowledgable.
Design
Abdo Development is behind the birth of Hotel Hive, Dc's first micro hotel. The design concept is based on the hexagon geometry of a beehive. Nature meets modern and industrial finishes; complete with exposed beams and brick.The layout of each suite is different but purposeful, using every inch to it's full potential.The suites on the corner of the upper levels are flooded with natural light from windows surrounding the bed. The black, white and yellow color story is cohesive throughout the space. The glass elevator featured displays unique artwork painted by local DC artists. Not to mention there is a rooftop bar expected to open closer to spring.
Neighborhood
Located in Foggy Bottom, Hotel Hive is steps away from Foggy Bottom Metro Stop, The Kennedy Center, Whole Foods and several restaurants. Attractions like memorials, The National Monument, and White House are only about a 10 -15 walk or a quick Uber or Lyft ride away.
